Terms & Conditions

1. All campaign details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be finalized before the campaign begins.
2. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the campaign. Work will begin only after the advance is received.
3. The remaining payment must be made within 7 days of campaign completion.
4. Any changes to the campaign after confirmation may result in revised timelines or additional charges.
5. Creatico Media acts as a coordinator between brands and creators and is not responsible for delays caused by creators or social media platform issues.
6. Campaign cancellation after work has started may result in partial or full charges based on the work completed.
7. All communication and approvals should be made in writing (email or WhatsApp) to avoid misunderstandings.
8. By confirming a campaign with Creatico Media, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
